MIM Technical Superiority 

As a near net shape technology for manufacturing high quality precision parts, it has the advantages of conventional powder metallurgy, machining and precision casting.

The use of raw material powders usually in 1--20 micron, from the injection embryo to the sintered embryo size , shrinkage can reach about 16%-20% on different materials.

Small metal parts with complex shape can be produced like plastic parts (usually 0.1-200g size). 

Sub-section of sintered parts are uniform and dense, achieving theoretical density of 95%~99%.
Can be carburized, quenched, tempered, part of the work piece high precision dimensions can be achieved by secondary mechanical process.

Product size accuracy can reach +/-0.1% ~ +/-0.3%, surface roughness can reach Ra1.6.    

Product quality stable, high production efficiency, lower cost in large quantity production.   

In addition to special requirement, MIM parts generally do not need to perform any mechanical processing. For materials such as tungsten alloy, cemented carbide and other machining difficulty
material parts, MIM process has the advantage. For stainless steel, soft magnetic alloys, nickel materials, tungsten alloys, cemented carbide, and tool steels materials parts as well.

Surface treatment on MIM parts such as nickel plating, hard chromium, etc.
