The metal etching process is widely used in the production of advertising signs, circuit board circuits, high-end nameplates, elevator boards, door panels, stainless steel ceilings, door handles, railings, handrails, watch cases and other products. According to the type of material to be etched, the process can be classified as follows:
(1) Copper etching
Process flow:
Polished or brushed copper plate surface cleaning treatment → screen printing photosensitive anti-corrosion ink, printing graphics and text → drying → pre-etching → washing → inspection → etching → washing → pickling treatment → washing → removing the protective layer of the silk screen → washing with hot water → Rinse with cold water → post-treatment → finished product.
(2) Stainless steel etching
Process flow: plate surface cleaning treatment → screen printing liquid photosensitive resist ink → drying → exposure → development → washing → drying → inspection and repairing → hard film → etching → removing protective layer → washing.
(3) Aluminum etching
Process flow: sheet surface cleaning treatment → screen printing liquid photosensitive resist ink → drying → exposure → development → washing → drying → inspection and repairing → hard film → soaking alkali treatment (alkali etching) → deinking (cleaning photosensitive etching ink) → Washed.
